The Youngest player to participate in Rio Olympics 2016 from India is Jisna Mathew. She will competes in the women’s 400 meters and 800 meters event. She along with Tintu Luka have been training under P.T. Usha at the Usha School of Athletics. Jisna was first picked from a selection trial conducted by the Usha School of Athletics in 2011 and is one of the athletes the coach believes has untapped potential. The 17-year-old quartermiler Jisna, clocked her personal best of 53.14s and won the 400m silver at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Samoa in September 2015

The 43-year-old jokes that he was even conceived during the Olympics -- in 1972 in Munich where his father Vece played in India's bronze-medal winning hockey team and mother Jennifer played in the basketball.
Paes himself went on to win a bronze medal in singles at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
